Overview

The Video Library is where every clip you’ve uploaded to Pawgress lives. Upload a video once and reuse it across as many training reports as you like — no re-uploading, and no duplicate storage. To open it, click your avatar in the top-right corner and select Video Library.

Storage and Limits

The library shows a storage meter at the top — how much you’ve used out of your limit, and which plan that limit comes from.
YouTube links are freeAttaching a YouTube link to a report costs you nothing against your storage quota. Only uploaded files count. If you already publish training clips to YouTube, linking them is the cheapest option.
When you hit your storage limit, uploads are blocked until you delete some clips or upgrade. On Basic, the library shows an Upgrade to Pro prompt for the jump to 50 GB.

Uploading a Video

There are two ways to get a clip into your library:
  • From the library — click Upload video and select a file
  • From a report — attach a video while writing a training report; it’s added to your library automatically
Videos upload directly from your browser, so large clips don’t need to be compressed first — anything up to 500 MB is fine. That covers several minutes of typical 1080p phone footage.

Managing Your Videos

Each clip in the library can be:
  • Renamed — give it a title you’ll recognise months later
  • Downloaded — pull the original file back down
  • Deleted — remove it permanently
Use the search box to find a clip by title.
Deleting removes it from reports tooIf a video is attached to one or more reports, deleting it from your library removes it from those reports as well. Pawgress warns you and tells you how many reports are affected before you confirm. This can’t be undone.

Reusing a Video on a Report

When you attach video to a report, the Library tab lists everything you’ve already uploaded. Select one or more clips and they’re attached instantly — no upload, no extra storage consumed. This is what makes the library worth curating: a good “loose-leash walking, week one vs week six” clip can illustrate the same point for every client you ever teach it to.
Name clips by what they show, not who’s in them“Reactive dog — threshold work” is reusable across clients. “Bella session 3” is not. Titles that describe the behaviour make your library far easier to draw on later.
