Overview
The Media Library is where every clip and photo you’ve uploaded to Pawgress lives. Upload something once and reuse it across as many training reports as you like — no re-uploading, and no duplicate storage. To open it, click your avatar in the top-right corner and select Media library.Storage and Limits
Videos and photos share one storage pool. The library shows a storage meter at the top with a video / photo split — how much of your limit each is using — plus which plan that limit comes from.
YouTube links are freeAttaching a YouTube link to a report costs you nothing against your storage quota. Only uploaded files count. If you already publish training clips to YouTube, linking them is the cheapest option.
Uploading Media
There are two ways to get a file into your library:- From the library — click Upload media and select one or more files
- From a report — attach a photo or video while writing a training report; it’s added to your library automatically
Managing Your Media
Each file in the library can be:- Renamed — give it a title you’ll recognise months later
- Downloaded — pull the original file back down
- Deleted — remove it permanently
Reusing Media on a Report
When you add media to a report, the Your library tab lists everything you’ve already uploaded — filterable by All, Videos, or Photos. Select one or more files and they’re attached instantly — no upload, no extra storage consumed. This is what makes the library worth curating: a good “loose-leash walking, week one vs week six” clip can illustrate the same point for every client you ever teach it to.Next Steps
